DISCLAIMER FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH – IMPORTANT NOTICE

The following disclaimer must be read in full and signed prior to entry. Psycho Path is a Scream Park featuring attractions themed on horror concepts, including depictions of torture and/or violence, confined spaces, smoke effects, strobe lighting, jump scares and disturbing sound effects. Psycho Path carries with it certain risks that cannot be entirely eliminated and, as such, includes the risk of personal injury or death. You enter this environment under that full understanding. By signing this form you confirm that you understand and accept the risks described below. If there is any term you do not understand, please discuss it with a member of staff BEFORE signing.

Nature of the Event

Psycho Path is a Scream Park, whereby all of the attractions are themed on different horror concepts. Some of these attractions contain horrific elements as well as depictions of torture and/or violence.

Depending on the attraction there can also be physically challenging elements — for example, being in confined spaces, or having to crawl or otherwise move through cramped and poorly lit areas, either alone or with other people. Some may find this stressful.

All attractions include disturbing sound effects and jump scares, and some include strobe effects and flashing lights. The event is NOT SUITABLE for anyone with photosensitive epilepsy.

In some attractions you may be physically moved or directed by staff or actors. This will never be done in a way that could cause serious injury — it is part of the experience and is necessary to maintain the theme and ensure a smooth transition of guests through the environments. You will not be forced to do anything that contradicts these rules.

Maze intensity specifications are posted via QR code at the entrance to each attraction. You are strongly advised to read and understand these before entry, so you have a full picture of what you are about to experience. If you do not wish to be entertained in this way, we strongly advise you do not participate.

Acknowledgement of Risk

Psycho Path carries with it certain risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, including the risk of personal injury or death. By signing below, you confirm that you enter this environment with a full understanding of that risk.

Health, Medical Conditions & Pre-Existing Injuries

If you, or anybody in your party, suffer from asthma, please note that many areas contain smoke effects.
If you, or anybody in your party, have a history of any of the following, please consult a GP or medical professional about your planned attendance before participating:
• Heart conditions
• Pregnancy
• Claustrophobia
• Photosensitive epilepsy
• Back disorders
• Diabetes
• Arthritis
• Asthma
• Nervous disposition

Should you enter the site with pre-existing injuries (e.g. spinal, knee, ankle, or head injuries/concussion) against the advice of your doctor, Psycho Path cannot be held responsible for any worsening of these prior issues.

Psycho Path staff are not qualified to express an opinion as to whether you are fit to safely participate. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating if you have any relevant condition.

The experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the outdoor terrain and setting.

I confirm that I (and everyone in my party, including any minors in my care) have read the above and do not have any undisclosed medical condition that would make participation unsafe, OR I have sought medical advice and been cleared to participate.

Health & Safety on Site

• You will make your way through open woodland and an assortment of outdoor terrain — be prepared for uneven, wet, slippery and muddy surfaces. Appropriate footwear is strongly advised, as footwear WILL be at risk of damage.
• You must print your tickets or download them to your mobile device ready to display on arrival. Please note certain mobile network providers have limited signal in the area.
• For everyone’s safety, fancy dress, fake weapons, and large bags/backpacks are prohibited. Bag checks are in operation.
• Food and drink will be available on site; no outside food or drink may be brought in. Intoxicated guests may be refused entry or removed, depending on the level of intoxication.
• Photography and video are prohibited during the experience. Torches or phone use of any kind inside attractions is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the event of you (and possibly your party). The only area where cameras/camera phones are permitted is the main bar area.
• You may be separated from your designated group at points during the experience — this is intentional and part of the heightened fear factor. Larger groups insisting on staying together may find this negatively affects their overall experience.
• Please do not touch any of the décor or actors. Visitors who ignore this rule will be removed from the site immediately.
• Psycho Path reserves the right to refuse admission.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

I waive all moral rights in such films and recordings in perpetuity.

Guests Aged 13–15 in Your Care (if applicable)

Complete this section only if you are signing on behalf of a minor aged 13–15 in your care who is accompanying you. Guests under 13 will be refused entry. Guests aged 16 and over do not require an accompanying adult, though parental guidance is advised.

As the signing adult, I confirm I am the parent/legal guardian of the above named minor, that they will be accompanied by me at all times during the event, and that I am signing this waiver on their behalf and accept full responsibility for their participation.

Declaration & Signature

I confirm that I have read and fully understood this entire waiver and disclaimer, including the nature of the event, the health and safety information, the rules, and the CCTV/filming consent set out above. I understand that Psycho Path attractions involve real risks, including the risk of personal injury or death, which cannot be entirely eliminated.

I confirm that neither I, nor anyone in my party (including any minors in my care), has any undisclosed medical condition, injury, or circumstance (including pregnancy) that would make participation unsafe, other than as separately disclosed to Psycho Path staff prior to entry.

I agree to follow all instructions given by Psycho Path staff and accept that my participation — and that of my party — is entirely at my own risk.
If there was any term in this document I did not understand, I confirm that I discussed it with a member of staff before signing.
