  • We just have a few things to tell you, to make sure your overall experience will be as enjoyable & safe as possible.
  • Please note tickets are non refundable unless you have purchased a ticket for a child under 13 years, or if you are pregnant.

  • This event is NOT FOR CHILDREN,
    If you have purchased tickets for children under the age of 13 they will be refused entry.
  • Children between the ages of 13 years and 16 years MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes before your booked time slot and ensure you have appropriate clothing & footwear. Admittance will not be permitted for late entries. You will make your way through open woodland and a large array of outdoor terrain so be prepared for uneven, wet, slippery and muddy surfaces.
  • If you, or anybody in your party, have a history of medical conditions that include heart disorders, pregnancy, suffer from claustrophobia, have a photosensitive form of epilepsy, suffer from a back disorder, diabetes, arthritis or suffer from asthma, please contact us prior to arrival.
  • Lastly, ensure you print your tickets or download on your mobile device and have them ready to display on arrival. Please be advised that certain mobile providers have limited access in the area.


  • Please note the experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the terrain and setting.
  • For your and our staff and actor’s safety, fancy dress, fake weapons and large bags/backpacks are prohibited.
    Food & drink will be available throughout the evening. Please note we reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated guests.
  • Photography & video are prohibited during the experience. A property release form must be obtained from us for any photographs or footage of the event prior to publication.
  • If you get too scared, make your way to a “Safe Zone”. You will be collected from there and assisted to the main entrance.
  • To ensure you have the absolute best experience, you will start the experience in groups of 15 people.
  • For everyone’s safety, please do not touch any of the décor or actors. Any and all visitors that choose to ignore this rule will be removed from the experience immediately.

frequently asked questions

How long does the course last for? Is there a set time that you need to get through it by?

The course is estimated to last around 45 minutes give or take 5/10 minutes either side. We must take into account that when people are scared some slow down, others speed up.

Do people jump out?

Yes, we have trained actors for this course who’s aim is to give you the ultimate scary experience.

Do you walk around with who you have come with?

You will be with the group of people that have selected the same time slot as you. Thus if you are in a group of people ensure to all book the same time slot so everyone is together.

Are their facilities for food/drink after?

Yes we will have facilities for beverages and food afterwards.

Can I swap my time slots or dates?

Tickets are non transferable, thus ensure you book the correct date and time.

Is there a lot of running to be done?

No running is required.. unless you are scared then you may want to run…

Does this event have any puzzles or games that people must complete?

There are no puzzles or games that need to be solved on this course

Are the actors allowed to touch you?

The actors are allowed to touch you in order to increase the fear factor. However they will not harm you.

Do you offer any multi booking discount?

We do offer discount on block booking. If this is to be done then we will need to set up a link that will only be active for 5 minutes. If you miss this time slot then we will not be able to re-authorise it.

What is the age limit on this?
Everyone MUST be over the age of 13 years old. Children aged 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets through e-mail instead of the website?
All tickets must be bought through the ticket link and cannot be purchased any other way.
What if I have ticket queries after purchasing?

Fatsoma our ticket supplier deal directly with any problems you are having after you have purchased tickets. Visit www.fatsoma.com/support and they will be able to deal with your problems as quickly as possible.

The bookings are 15 minutes apart does this mean each slot is 15 minutes long?
Each group will be set off every 15 minutes. However the course itself will last 45 minutes.
Does it matter if you have any medical conditions?

Yes! If you have any medical conditions please e-mail/call before hand to make sure that we can allow you on the course. Tickets are non re-fundable.

When I call the only option is to speak to someone at Tup Tup or the Cut?
If you select “ Tup Tup” then you will be put through to the sales office where all questions can be answered.
What happens if we want to leave the course at any point ?
We have safety zones throughout the course. If you get too scared and wish to leave there will be security that can guide you to the safety zone where someone will come and collect you.
Is it all outdoors?
Yes the course is all out doors so make sure you wrap up warm.
